Add-On Inspection Services

Sewer Scope Inspection

Involves using a small camera to look for clogging or damage to your sewer lines. There can be some telltale signs of sewer issues that your inspector can see in your home or yard, prompting them to recommend a sewer scope test. This is an add on service.

Pool & Spa Inspection

A thorough assessment of the pool and/or spa structure, equipment, safety features, and overall maintenance to identify potential issues, ensuring safety and longevity. This is an add on service.

Mold Air Testing

Will sample air in an area of the house. They can often be left for a brief period and picked up by your inspector and taken to a lab. This is an add on service.

Thermal Imaging Camera

Our inspectors will use a thermal imaging camera to test all cooling and heating devices/appliances and also to locate leaks and/or concerns in the walls or floors that cannot be seen by the naked eye. This is included in all inspections free of charge.

Drone Services

We will use a drone to provide aerial photos and videos when the roof is not accessible or unsafe to walk. All of our inspectors are Certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to fly.
